TOGETHER, LET’S BUILD THE PATRICIA RESER CENTER FOR THE ARTS

Beaverton is on the verge of a new era. We’re a diverse, rapidly growing city of nearly 100,000 residents, and among the best places in the country to raise a family. But for all we have, we continue to lack a central gathering place the entire community can enjoy. Now more than ever,it’s time to build a world-class arts center to serve residents, families and visitors.

The Patricia Reser Center for the Arts (PRCA) will provide a stage for inspiration and creativity to shine, a place for all to feel connected — Beaverton’s own shining jewel to complement the cultural attractions the region offers. This is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to shift the landscape of the city.

Just like the Center itself, the Campaign has room for everyone. You can dedicate a seat, make a donation, host a fundraising event, or volunteer with us. Join us in a way that’s most meaningful to you.

FILL THE SEATS

We invite you to make a meaningful contribution to the Patricia Reser Center for the Arts by donating to our “Fill the Seats” seat naming campaign.

Designated donations of $1,000 will be honored with a name plaque on one of the seats in the 550-seat theater. You can dedicate a seat as an individual, a couple or family, in memory of a loved one, or with the name of your school, business, or organization. You could even dedicate a seat as a gift for a special occasion.

DONATE TO
THE CAMPAIGN

The Patricia Reser Center for the Arts will be the first performing arts center of its kind to be built in the Portland metro area in over 30 years — and we’re nearly there! Through the work of a committed public/private partnership, we’re very close to reaching our campaign goal, but there’s more to do. Every dollar counts and it counts right now.

Our goal is to break ground on the Center in fall 2019, with an anticipated grand opening targeted for spring 2021. With broad support from area residents and businesses, we will close the gap and make this happen! Please consider investing in the future of the arts and entertainment for the entire region.

HOST A
FUNDRAISING
EVENT

Consider yourself a connector, entertainer or social butterfly? Perfect! You can host a PRCA “Campaign in a Box” fundraising event just about anywhere you like, from a small cocktail-hour gathering in your living room to a bigger get-together at a local art gallery.

We’ll provide you with a literal box containing the materials to prepare, invite your guests, share information about the Campaign, and even “make the ask” with a video (so you don’t have to!). You just focus on your guest list, setting up your space and getting excited to host.

Intimate events like Campaign in a Box work because time and again, we find that people are more likely to give to their peers than to “official campaign solicitors.” By bringing people together around a common cause that will benefit us all, you’ll be part of the transformation of Washington County. And you’ll have a unique opportunity to reach those who might not have heard of the project and invite them to become involved.
